How WelcomeTra Began

WelcomeTra grew out of a simple frustration: the lack of clear, accessible guidance for property owners navigating the complex process of preparing apartments for new occupants.

Our founder, a property manager with years of hands-on experience, recognised that hundreds of landlords were making the same avoidable mistakes — from inadequate cleaning before viewings to failing to orient new residents properly. WelcomeTra was created to solve those problems with straightforward, actionable guidance.
